HISTORY OT THE COMPANY

The company was established in February 1997. as a result of the privatization of the EMU Burgas – Yambol Branch. The activity of the company is:

  6. CCommercial representation of Omak Italy specialized in the production of machines for the construction of Aerial, cable lines and catenary lines.
  • In 2003 the manager of Veni-97 – Nedyalko Nedyalkov was awarded the title – Power Engineer of the Year in the Electrical Engineering – by the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Energy.
  • In 2009, Veni-97 has implemented OHSAS 18001: 2007 SUBSUT
  • In 2018, Veni 97 updated the implemented QMS EN ISO 9001: 2000 and received the certificate for the implemented QMS EN ISO 9001: 2015
  • In 2019, Veni 97 implemented ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 SSIS
  • In 2019, Veni 97 implemented ESE EN ISO 50001: 2011

Veni 97 is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and holds the First category in the following groups:

  1. First group – aims at high-rise construction, their adjacent infrastructure, communication networks and facilities
  2. Second group – construction of transport infrastructure
  3. Third group – construction of energy infrastructure
  4. Fifth group – separate types of construction and assembly work

giving it the right to independently build large projects in the country.
